Financial Clearing Bureau Terms and Conditions: My Mobile Credit Check Terms and Conditions Explained: This document has valuable information blocks that will help you to better understand the terms and conditions when making use of My Mobile Credit Check. The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to the use of our services and will form a legal agreement between yourself and Financial Clearing Bureau (“FCB”). Interpretation: By registering with us and making use of the My Mobile Credit Check portal, you enter into a contract or agreement with FCB. This agreement is there for your own benefit and protection, however, there will be certain things that FCB cannot warrant. This means that we cannot be held liable if something goes wrong with regards to something that we have no control over.

Interpretation: Should any information on your report be wrongfully provided to the credit bureau, you are entitled to log a dispute to have the information corrected.
Interpretation: You cannot return your credit report to us after it has been delivered.

Interpretation: This agreement will be in effect (it will be valid) for the entire period of time that you are making use of our services.
Interpretation: FCB will at all times act in a responsible and lawful manner when dealing with your personal information. You give consent that we may access your information to determine whether you qualify for products, and that we may then share your name, contact details and details of the products that you qualify for, with our customers / subscribers who may contact you to offer products to you. We will not share your detailed credit information with them. We may further elect to not display an enquiry footprint (detail that your information was accessed) on your report, especially if we see it can impact your credit score negatively.
Interpretation: We are allowed to update your credit report and will load the most recent information provided to the credit bureau. And we may access your bureau information to determine whether you qualify for product offerings by our customers / subscribers

Interpretation: We are allowed to send you promotional offers and information that might include competitions, credit health tips and new products on offer. 1.
Take note: This agreement allows us to deal with your information according to the stipulations of the Data Protection Bill and the Zimbabwe Banking Act. 4.2 You acknowledge that we will share your information with our subscribers, as allowed by law and as per your consent above. Our subscribers include credit providers, telecommunications providers, insurance companies and various business entities.
Interpretation: Where allowed by law, we may share your information with the businesses / entities listed above
Interpretation: You are not allowed to use My Mobile Credit Check to make a profit of any kind. This means you may not sell the information to other people and that the report is strictly for personal use only.
Interpretation: The report should be used to check the correctness of the information on your report. This may help you to detect when someone has applied for credit in your name and you’ve been a victim of identity theft.
Interpretation: We will keep your information confidential and compliant with all the relevant privacy laws of Zimbabwe.
Interpretation: FCB can cancel this agreement if you are in breach of the contract or any parts thereof.
Interpretation: The intellectual property of products and services belongs to FCB and you cannot lay any claim to it. You may not infringe on our intellectual property and whenever you want to access these rights, you will need to ask FCB for consent to do so.
Interpretation: We will always make sure that FCB’s services are available, however, we are allowed to alter the delivery platform / change the way we deliver these services.
Interpretation: This makes provision for the fact that in some cases the services won’t be available, however with sufficient reason.
Interpretation: We provide these services as is, meaning in its existing form and under set circumstances
Interpretation: We try our best to make sure that the information on your credit report is accurate, but we cannot guarantee it due to the fact that we rely on external providers such as credit providers to supply us with the data.
Interpretation: We do not offer any legal or other advice and information on your credit report will always reflect both negative and positive data (an objective record of your credit history).
Interpretation: We cannot be held responsible in any way when you make use of the relevant services. We therefore cannot offer any guarantees or warranties beyond the offerings of our product.
Take note: Use the details listed above to let FCB know if you want to change the information on your report in the case where it is incorrect or outdated. Should FCB require any documentary evidence to prove your dispute, the erroneous information will not be removed until you have provided the documentary evidence.
Interpretation: The latest Terms and Conditions will apply and we are allowed to update and amend these when necessary. It is your responsibility to read and stay informed with regards to the latest Terms and Conditions every time you log on to the Website.
Interpretation: You cannot transfer your rights in terms of this agreement to anyone else.
Take note: All communications between us will be in the English language and formal notices that we need to send to you will be sent to the most recent e-mail address or postal address provided to us by you when you subscribe or access the website
